A: Subdomain plans provide a WordPress-powered subsite under 4eversites.com. You can create and design your own personalized site using various themes and tools.
Q: What is the difference between subdomain plans and migration plans?
A: Subdomain plans provide access to new, customizable websites built on our platform. Migration plans are for users with existing websites that need to be transferred (including their domain) to our hosting service.
Q: What happens to my site after I pass away or can no longer manage it?
A: Your site will remain hosted forever. Our service is designed to preserve your work and content as long as the internet exists.
2. Plans & Pricing
Q: How much are the hosting plans?
A: Our main plans include:
- Legacy Plus: $500 one-time payment
- Legacy Pro: $999 one-time payment
We also offer scalable and customizable plans for those with unique needs.
Q: Are payment plans available?
A: Yes, payment plans are available for both migration and subdomain plans. Gift plans must be paid in full at the time of purchase.
Q: Are there any hidden fees or recurring charges?
A: No. This is a one-time payment service. Unless you regularly exceed your plan’s allocated storage or monthly page views, you won’t incur any additional charges.
3. Scalability & Usage
Q: What happens if my site gets more popular and exceeds page view or storage limits?
A: If needed, you can upgrade your plan. Additional storage is $10/GB (one-time payment), and you can increase monthly page views by 10,000 for a one-time fee of $500.
Q: What if my page exceeds limits temporarily? Will it be taken offline?
A: No. Your site will remain online. If it consistently exceeds its limits, we’ll request an upgrade to maintain optimal service.
Q: What happens if I miss a payment on a payment plan?
A: You’ll receive a notification. If the balance isn’t brought current within 60 days, the plan will be canceled.
4. Technology & Features
Q: Do migrated users get access to Divi and the AI site builder?
A: No. Only subdomain plan users receive access to our Divi license and AI-powered website creation tools.
Q: Will I be able to use 2FA (Two-Factor Authentication)?
A: Yes. All members can enable 2FA using an authenticator app or 2FA by email for added security.
Q: Are there pre-made templates for businesses, researchers, and families?
A: Yes. Subdomain plans include Divi (a $300+ value) and our AI tools. Hundreds of pre-built templates will be available for easy editing. Migrated sites will not have acess to the AI site creator.
Q: I just signed up. How do I access the Divi builder?
A: In your WordPress admin panel, go to “Appearance” → “Themes”. Locate the Divi theme and click “Activate” to unlock all Divi features.

Q: How can you provide lifelong hosting for such a small one-time fee?
A: We use optimized hosting practices, like offloading storage, leveraging CDNs, and minimizing infrastructure costs. A portion of each payment is invested in a fixed-rate return account. The interest generated covers annual hosting costs forever.
Q: What if investments fail or markets crash — will my site still stay online?
A: Yes. We place your funds in fixed-return accounts that cover your hosting costs regardless of market performance. That portion is never touched, ensuring sustainability.
Q: How is my payment invested?
A: A portion goes into a fixed-return account to fund perpetual hosting. The remaining funds are allocated to a diversified portfolio including mutual funds, real estate, and token-based projects.
6. Gifting & Group Plans
Q: What happens when I purchase a gift plan for someone?
A: You can input the recipient’s email and include a custom message. They’ll receive a link to activate their service and use a gift code during checkout or you can provide this to them personaly at another time.
Q: How do block purchases work for schools or companies?
A: Institutions can buy bulk subdomain plans and receive a list of activation codes. These can be distributed to teachers, researchers, or staff and redeemed anytime.
Q: Do block purchases expire?
A: No. Codes from block purchases remain valid forever until redeemed at which time thez become a forever site
7. Legal & Ownership Protection
Q: What if the ownership of ForeverHost changes? Will my service still be honored?
A: Yes. Our operating agreement includes an immutable clause requiring all future owners to uphold the original service guarantees, including perpetual hosting.
Q: What happens if I continually exceed the resources available in my plan?
A: You’ll be required to upgrade to the next available tier to ensure continued performance.
