- Account Creation
2.1 Eligibility and Account Registration
To use ForeverHost Services, you must create an Account. You may create an Account for yourself or on behalf of another person, provided you have the express permission to do so. By creating an Account, you affirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
2.2 Account Accuracy
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or managing your Account and to update this information as necessary to maintain its accuracy. Failure to do so may result in suspension or termination of your Account.
2.3 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and agree to notify ForeverHost immediately if you believe your account has been compromised. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether or not authorized.
- Services Provided
3.1 Lifetime Hosting
ForeverHost provides lifetime web hosting services, meaning that for a one-time fee, your website and data will be hosted indefinitely, with no recurring charges. Your hosting is supported by an investment model to ensure long-term sustainability.
3.2 Content Storage and Management
You are granted the ability to upload, store, and manage Content on ForeverHost’s servers. You retain full ownership of your Content and grant ForeverHost a license to use, store, and display the Content for the sole purpose of providing Services. This license is non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable only upon termination of your Account.
3.3 Content Backup
It is your responsibility to maintain local backups of your Content. While ForeverHost takes reasonable measures to ensure the integrity of your data, we do not guarantee that Content will be free from loss, corruption, or other issues.
- Acceptable Use
4.1 Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use ForeverHost Services for any unlawful, harmful, or malicious activity, including but not limited to:
- Engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Uploading or distributing harmful content (viruses, malware, etc.).
- Violating any third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights).
- Using the Services to harass, defame, or harm others.
4.2 Content Restrictions
You agree not to upload Content that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise violates these Terms. ForeverHost reserves the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or is otherwise deemed harmful to the Service.
- Fees and Payments
5.1 One-Time Fee
Your ForeverHost Account is activated with a one-time upfront payment. The cost is determined by the selected hosting plan and associated services.
5.2 No Recurring Fees
There are no recurring monthly or annual fees for using the core hosting services. However, additional services, such as extra storage, customizations, or premium support, may incur additional fees.
5.3 Payment Plans
If you opt for a payment plan, you agree to make timely payments as agreed upon in the terms of your selected payment plan. These plans are structured for your convenience, but failure to meet payment deadlines may result in service suspension as outlined below.
5.4 Late Payment and Service Suspension
For those using a payment plan, if a payment is not made on time, ForeverHost will continue to reach out to you in an attempt to bring your account current for a period of 30 days. After this 30-day period, the Account will be closed, and services will be suspended.
5.5 Reactivation Fee
If the payment plan remains delinquent for 30 days, but the account is reactivated within 90 days of suspension, a reactivation fee of $125 will be required. After 90 days with no payment or communication, you will need to apply for a new hosting plan, and your prior hosting account will be closed permanently.
5.6 Death of Account Holder
In the unfortunate event of the death of an Account holder, the hosting services will continue for 90 days, during which a new payer may take over the existing payment plan and continue the service. After 90 days, services will be suspended, and the new payer will need to apply for a new plan.
- Service Usage and Limits
6.1 Usage Limits
Your hosting plan comes with predefined limits on bandwidth, CPU usage, storage, and memory. These limits are specified at the time of your purchase and are designed to provide a balanced, sustainable service for the long term.
6.2 Overage Fees
If your usage exceeds the limits defined in your plan (e.g., exceeding bandwidth, storage, CPU, or memory limits), ForeverHost will notify you via email about the additional costs associated with upgrading to a higher-tier plan. If no payment is received within 30 days of notification, your website will be temporarily taken offline until payment is made to cover the necessary upgrade.
6.3 Service Reactivation
Upon payment of the upgrade fee, your website will be immediately reactivated, and your service will continue based on the higher-level usage requirements.
- Termination
7.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your ForeverHost Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon termination, you will lose access to your Content, and any associated services will be discontinued.
7.2 Termination by ForeverHost
ForeverHost reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account for violations of these Terms, failure to maintain accurate Account information, or illegal activities associated with your Account. Upon termination, all Content associated with your Account may be deleted.
- Limitation of Liability
ForeverHost is not liable for any loss or damage to your Content or other data stored on our servers, except as required by applicable law. You agree to use the Services at your own risk and release ForeverHost from any liability in connection with your use of the Services.

- Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of California and the United States of America. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
